Relife General Meeting & Expo 2022

One of the events organized by Seemore EO in early 2022 is the Relife General Meeting and Expo. This event was held at Felfest UI on February 3, 2022. Unlike common general meetings, this Relife General Meeting and Expo has the concept of a hospitality event and as a promotional event for Relife Group to introduce all its business fields and partners through a small exhibition called Relife Expo. Various VVIPs were invited, many were investors looking for promising business to invest or just looking for new connections. Preparation can be said to be quite tight, with only 14 days to prepare everything from designs, logistics, and registration for the expo. The biggest challenge for this event was its sub-event, Relife Expo, where more than 50 exhibitors joined. Despite the fact that most of the exhibitors never joined any
exhibitions before, they were so eager to get investors. In order not to create chaos, we carefully ascertained s the layout of the exhibition booth, the flow of visitors, lists of things allowed to be exhibited, and loading schedule. Moreover, Relife Expo was held in parallel with Relife General Meeting. In order to fulfill the expectation of exhibitors to get investors, time management for VVIPs and BODs of Relife also needed to be carefully done. Fortunately, the event was still running very smoothly with an audience of more than 200 people. Everyone could have a turn to see the expo without being over-crowded, in accordance with current health protocols. And at the end 8 investments were successfully made, bringing joy not only to Relife Group and the exhibitors, but also to us as organizer.
